Katarzyna Dziopa has a background in Computer Science and Mathematics. She completed her PhD at University College London, where she focused on developing data-driven approaches for predicting cardiovascular risk in patients with type 2 diabetes.

After her PhD, she continued her academic career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Amsterdam University Medical Center. Her current work centers on the development and validation of cardiovascular risk prediction models. She also holds affiliations with the Institute of Health Informatics and the Institute of Cardiovascular Science at University College London (UCL).
